PAWS delaware Sanctuary

Pet and Wildlife Sanctuaries (PAWS) was founded in New Castle, DE, in 2023, born from nearly two decades of rescuing animals—from the ordinary to the extraordinary, and everything in between.

Now, we are proud to announce the official incorporation of Pet and Wildlife Sanctuaries, Inc. in the State of Delaware, and the launch of our very first sanctuary! We are starting our mission in New Castle, DE, serving all of Delaware with a primary focus on New Castle County and surrounding areas.

As we grow, with your help, we plan to expand to a secondary location downstate, followed by neighboring states like Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

As our organization expands, each location will require additional staff. Feel free to submit an application at any time—if we’re not currently hiring, we keep all applications on file and invite applicants to reapply at the end of each year.
